I got serious about fitness while I was in the Marine Corps, my passion about fitness quickly turned into helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. In 2015 I became a Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA while working towards my first degree in Exercise Science. I have since became a Master Trainer through ISSA hold 6 certifications, completed my B.S. in Exercise Science and am now working on my M.S. in Rehabilitation Science and Sport Psychology. During this time I have changed my philosophy on training, I believe we must get down to the root cause of issues and in order to have complete health and fitness we have to include every aspect of training including the mind. I have worked independently out of my garage, in big box gyms, and small personal training studio. This has given the knowledge and skill to help anyone with their health and fitness goal.
